Tanker disabled at Maas lock

Sat Jan 03 21:42:01 CET 2015 Timsen

Coming from Rotterdam on Jan 2, 2014, the "LS Anne" suffered engine problems when about to pass the Maas Lock in Terneuzen and was towed to the Caland Canal. The vessel dropped her anchor near beacon 20. Shortly later the Kotug tugs "SD Jacoba" and the "ZP Chalonet" took the ship in tow. It moored in Terneuzen and left the port again on Jan 3 at 5.30 p.m. bound for Port Jerome. Dutch photo report: http://www.tugspotters.com/site/content/2015/01/ls-anne-de-problemen-bij-maassluis/

VERSUTIUS 9418925

Fri Oct 08 23:13:35 CEST 2010 Timsen

On its way from Ghent to Terneuzen the "LS Anne" suffered a machine blackout on Oct 8. The tug "Multratug 10" was soon scene but needed not to come in action as the engine meanwhile could be restarted. The "LS Anne" then proceeded further to the Western lock.
