Thu Jan 26 06:32:58 CET 2017 arnekiel

Maersk Drilling was awarded with new contract by Petrogas E&P Netherlands BV for the drilling of two offshore wells (A8 and A9) in Block A12 on the Dutch Continental Shelf in North Sea. The work will be held by the high efficiency jack-up rig Maersk Resolute. The drilling will be commenced in June 2017 and will estimated to last 75 days. Furthermore the contract has options to extend for drilling of additional five wells. The finance details of the contract were not disclosed, but work is important for Maersk Drilling, as the jackup rig Maersk Resolute is currently warm-stacked in the Port of Esbjerg, Denmark and has now started preparing for the upcoming drilling campaign. http://www.maritimeherald.com/2017/maersk-drilling-was-awarded-with-new-contract-for-warm-stacked-maersk-resolute/
