Emergency anchoring off Delfzijl
On June 16, 2015, around 6.30 p.m. the engine of the "Medum" broke down in the Northsea, and the ship had to be emergency anchored off Delfzijl. The tugs "Blexen" and "Finn" towed the casualty to Emden for repairs at the Nordseewerke yard. The ship was berthed in port around 10 p.m.
Overhaul following lay-up
On May 18, 2015, the "Medum" left the port of Leer after a lengthy layup being towed by the tugs "Gruno III" and "Gruno IV" towards the EWD Yard in Emden to be overhauled and classed again. Photos: http://forum-schiff.de/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=6087#p115063
