The ship arrived in Algeciras from Salalah (Oman), with two external guards diagnosed with Covid-19 and although they were asymptomatic cases and have remained isolated from the rest of the crew, the health authorities ordered the isolation of the crew on board and the transfer of the ship to the sheltered dock, while it was not operated at the APMT terminal. Once the company adopted the necessary actions to keep the crew safe, guaranteeing the hygienic-sanitary conditions of the loading and unloading of goods on the ship, the Maritime Captaincy in conjunction with the Foreign Health authorities, allowed the transfer of the ship to the APMT terminal, where the planned cargo operations were carried out. Once completed, the Algeciras Port Pilots Corporation moved the ship back to the sheltered dock in the evening of Sep 24, where it will remain until the end of the month.
