Injector head damage
The "Lady Jasmin", en route from Ceuta to Newport with a crew of 19 on board, suffered an injector head damage in position 50 35 07 N, 005 27 00 W, 18 miles West of Padstow, Cornwallon Dec 1, 2018, at noon. The vessel was carrying 10.400 tonnes of steel coils. The injector head was replaced by the crew, and the ship resumed its voyage. At 11.50 p.m. it dropped anchor on the Bristol Channel anchorage in pos. 51° 19.12' N 003° 24.66' W.

On Mar 10, 2010, the machine of the "Bozona" broke down in the Marmara Sea near Chajdarpassa. The ship was refused to enter the Bosporus, and it had to anchor until repairs have been carried out.
