School boat went in circles

The "Fru Inger" which had gone fishing with students from the Guri Kunna High School from Siholmen on board off Sistranda on Apr 24, 2018, at 08.20 a.m suffered problems with one engine around three miles east of Inntian. At 11 a.m. the lifeboat "Horn Flyer" was called to pull the ship to shore. There were five students and two teachers on board. The lifeboat was on scene after 20 minutes, and the "Fru Inger" was pulled back to Siholmen at 12.17 p.m. It turned out that a bolt had been loosened in a flexible hose that was connected to the steering gear, which meant that the affected engine could not be moved forward but instead went backwards, so that the ship went in circles with the other moving forward.
