Three stowaways found on board

Three stowaways were found hiding aboard the ‘Great Sheng Wen’, which was berthed at Paradip on Aug 30, 2024. The ship had arrived with a cargo of coal from Kavkaz, had discharged part of it at Visakhapatnam and continued to Paradip to unload a further 10000 metric tons for the Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel India Ltd. The shipping agent Atlantic Global Shipping Pvt. Ltd. Informed the deputy conservator on the presence of the stowaways from Ghana. They had boarded the ship while it was unloading cargo.
