Detention in Iskenderun

On Jan 13, 2025, the 'Dandun' was detained in Iskenderun with six deficiencies, one of which being regarded as seriously and ground for a detention: 1) Structural conditions - Beams, frames, floors - construction Not as required The vessel was released again on Jan 14 and left the port on Jan 15, en route to Mangalia with an ETA as of Jan 20. Crew tested positive for COVID 19 - ship quarantined in Rostock

After the 'Kaie', coming from Vänersborg, arrived at Rostock on May 16, 2020, all eight crew were tested positive for the COVID 19 virus. The ship has been put under quarantine for two weeks.

Disabled vessel towed into Thyborøn

In the morning of Feb 13, 2018, the "Kaie" was towed into the port of Thyborøn by the "Esvagt Gamma" and the tug "Thor" from Hanstholm. The mooring manoever was assisted by the lifeboat "Martha Lerche". The ship, coming from Zwijndrecht, had suffered engine damage some days ago and had been anchored 12 miles west of Thyborøn since.
