About:
i work from 1980 at sea 1st ten years on romanian fishing fleet west and south altlantic (mauritani and namibia) after 1990 as 99% of romanian seaman and senior officer in various flag and fleet (greek owners,italian ,francaise) after 2000 when low regarding senior officer have change (again) i have to go for examination of 1st mate(2004) and captain (2007) now work with italian flag
