13 crew members infectted with Covid-19

13 of the 20 crew members of the 'Welfine' have shown symptoms of Covid-19, while the ship was moored at Zhuhai Anchorage on Aug 9, 2021. The vessel has been shut out by its destination port in Nantong city. All crew on board were overdue, with two Burmese nationals having been on service for 20 months and the remaining Chinese crew for nearly 11 months. The 'Welfine' has been stuck near the port for more than nine months in relation to the pandemic and the Sino-Australian trade pact.
