The yacht casco salvaged by the "Atlas II" on Nov 3 is too damaged to be taken onto slip at GW Nilson AS in Alsvåg. An inspection by divers showed that the hull has suffered significant damage and is only being kept afloat by the fact that there are no holes in the deck so that the air inside may not escape. Now it is being investigated whether the yacht can be towed to a larger yard f.e. in Harstad where it could be drydocked. Norwegian report with photos: http://www.vol.no/nyheter/article402978.ece
