Yoo hoo and a barrel of rum

Tue Nov 19 09:23:26 CET 2013 Timsen

On Nov 16, 2013, around 6 a.m. the "Undine" suffered water ingress enroute from Sylt to Hamburg. The last German freight carrying sailing ship had on board a range of mineral water and a 300 liter barrel rum bound for a liquor dealer in Flensburg as well as four passengers, when water seeped through a small breach in the stern. The ship entered the port of Cuxhaven at 8.45 a.m. After the fire rescue assisted to patch the leakages it shifted to the fishing port at 11.45 a.m. On Nov 19 the vessel was to be drydocked at Empting-Dock and was to resume its regular freight sailings on Nov 22.
