Arrested AHTS sold
The "Lewek Penguin", which was arrested in Singapore on Aug 7, 2018, was sold by the local court on May 24, 2019.
Interested parties invited to bid for arrested AHTS
All interested parties were invited to bid for the purchase of the "Lewek Penguin", which had been arrested in Singapore on Aug 7, 2018, by private treaty. The bids must be submitted in Singapore Dollars together with a deposit of 50,000 Singapore Dollars in local cashier's order made in favour of "The Sheriff of Singapore" and should be placed in a sealed envelope marked "Tender for Lewek Penguin " and sent to the Sheriff's Office, Legal Registry, Level 2, 1 Supreme Court Lane, Singapore 178879, which should reach him no later than Dec 18, 2018, at 3 p.m. Bids made without the accompanying deposit will be rejected. The deposit shall be returned to unsuccessful bidders. The vessel will be sold on an "as is where is" basis and the sale is on the Sheriff's standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The Singapore Supreme Court website states: Anchor handling tug/supply Lewek Penguin (2521 gt, built 2007), was arrested in Singapore at 1842 hrs, Aug 7. The arresting solicitor was Dennis Mathiew. The vessel is located at ST Marine - 60 Tuas Road.
