Engine trouble off St. Albands Head
The 'Swan', en route from Rotterdam to Algeciras, needed a main engine pipe replacement in position 50 10 03.0 N, 001 57 48.0 W, 25 miles south of St. Albans Head on Oct 18, 2019, at 07.30 a.m. The damage required a pump replacement in the main engine. The vessel transited Casquettes before repairs were started. On Oct 19 the vessel had left British waters and was under way. The French MRCC has been informed. It was unclear whether the problem on board has been fully fixed.
