An arrest warrant for the "Pretty Team" was issued on July 12, 2019, after the vessel discharged concrete and caused damages to a nearby barge, in Alabama on March 26. According to the complaint, the crane barge "Conquest MB 1" was moored at an adjacent facility on Mar 26, when the "Pretty Team" began unloading the concrete. Dust was then allowed to drift onto and contaminate the barge and its equipment. The discharged concrete has caused at least 1.5 million U.S. dollars in damage to the barge plus additional damages from downtime, demurrage, delay, lost profit and incidental costs.
