Bulk carrier hits and drags buoy in Burgas

Fri Oct 28 11:49:44 CEST 2016 arnekiel

The bulk carrier C.S. Dream collided and dragged buoy at the shipping channel in Port of Burgas, Bulgaria. The vessel was proceeding through the channel to dock at the port with pilot on board, but maneuvered hardly to avoid collision with small pleasure craft and the Master lost container, colliding with the Buoy No 6 at the channel.
