Tasmanian police have arrested four protesters who chained themselves to the woodchip cargo ship "Southern Star" at Bell Bay in northern Tasmania. Police say the protesters broke into the port yard about 6:00am. Two protesters tied themselves to a conveyor belt and two suspended themselves over the ship with heavy chains and locks.
