Fri Apr 21 17:33:33 CEST 2017 Timsen

The readiness of the attorneys of two crew members of the "Sofia 3" who have been waiting for months to get paid the salaries by the shipowner - a company based in the Cayman Island, has allowed to trace the yacht and get it seized by the court of Lucca ordered. The two Croatians had worked for months on the yacht that was moored in Viareggio. She had disappeared at the same time as the judgment orderied the seizure on April 19, 2017. The new crew had deactivated the yacht's AIS to make it more invisible, but by some information it was discovered that the yacht was headed to Savona. In the morning of April 21, she was intercepted and seized by the local port captain.
