Collision in Spitsbergen

On July 13, 2018, the "Mirakh" allided with the reefer "Silver Copenhagen" off Western Spitsbergen. The incident occurred while unmooring in the Bellsound Bay after unloading fish products. The "Mirakh" hit the starboard side of the "Silver Copenhagen" with its port sie bow. Both ships received minor damage, but no leaks or injuries were reported. The "Mirakh" berthed in Kirkenes on July 14 at 8.45 a.m., the "Silver Copenhagen" headed to Murmansk, ETA July 16.
