Ship suffered control of propulsion
The 'Seatruck Panorama' suffered a loss of control of propulsion in the portside engine due to an electric fault, while en route from Birkenhead to Belfast with 26 crew members on board, in position 54 48 33 N, 005 37 29 W, on Feb 19, 2021, at 12.10 a.m. The crew stated that it needed no help and they were managing to make way with one engine and planned to contact Belfast harbour to see if they could enter for repairs. The ship safely made it to the Belfast Harbour with the assistance of tugs at 2.40 p.m. The ship sailed again on Feb 21 at 10 a.m. and arrived back in Birkenhead at 6.50 p.m.
