Engine trouble in Port Taranaki
The 'Ocean Ute', which had docked on March 5, 2021, was unable to leave New Plymoutn, Port Taranaki, bound for China with a shipment of up to 4.500 cows on March 9 as scheduled after one of its engines broke down. She remained in port while repairs to one engine have been carried out. No cattle were aboard the ship while the repairs were undertaken. It remained stationary as of March 11.
