The overhaul will also include the refurbishment of 543 cabins’ wallpaper, carpet, artwork, curtains and other soft goods, the conversion of 44 passenger cabins into 22 Bay suites, the construction of two brand new Palace suites and the modernisation of 150 metres of corridors. “We are proud to be able to work with the Genting team once more after the success of Crystal Serenity and utilise our efficiencies in engineering, logistics and project management to reach the extremely tight deadlines,” said Tommi Virta, Almaco’s project manager for the accommodation renovation.
