Allision in Groningen
The Van Starkenborgh canal at the Oosterhamrik route in Groningen was blocked after the "Prisa", 2912 ts (EU-No.: 02212395), which had sailed from Lelystad on July 25, slammed into a bridge on July 26, 2019, at 3 a.m. The accident initially also blocked the bus lane across the bridge. Due to the impact, the containers on the deck were pushed astern and badly damaged the wheelhouse. Rijkswaterstaat launched an investigation. The ship was removed from the bridge around 8.30 a.m. and berthed at the MCS Terminal in Foxhol at 9 a.m. so that ship traffic has resumed since. The buses also run again, albeit with some delay. No injuries were reported. Barge lost container
In the morning of March 15, 2019, a container was blown over board from the "Prisa" in the Winschoterdiep near Waterhuizen. The empty box dangled between shore and ship and was held above the water by crew members of the vessel with lashing straps. The ship sailed in the direction of Hoogezand. At the MCS Shipyards the container was secured on board again. Leak in engine room
On June 28, 2015, around 7.15 a.m. rescue forces were alerted to the Southern Ij dyke in Amsterdam "Prisa", 2912 ts (EU-No.: 02212395), had suffered water ingress in the engine room. The ship was berthed in the Oranje Lock close to the building of Rijkswaterstaat. The fire rescue dewatered the ship and sent down divers for inspection of the leak. One of the locks had to be closed due to the accident. The cause of the leakage was not yet known. The ship continued its voyage on June 28 at 10.15 a.m. and berthed at the Euromax Terminal in Rotterdam around midnight.
