Aground on river Don

Sun Oct 28 03:04:35 CET 2012 odinfm

Russian media reported quoting Emergency Agency of Russia the grounding of a Moldova flagged general cargo vessel in river Don estuary near Azov port, not mentioning its’ name. According to the news, vessel loaded with barley was en route from Rostov-on-Don to Kerch and grounded in the morning Oct 27 2012. Most probably the vessel in question is Turkish general cargo vessel Dolphin. AIS shows vessel stays in the same position on river Don from morning Oct 27, not anchored, destination Kerch, see map.
