Allision in Livorno
On June 17, 2018, around noon, the LPG tank m/v "Antwerpen" (IMO: 9318321), was in collision with the "Oriental Jasmine" in the port of Livorno. Both ships suffered damage to the hull. The accident occurred in the area of the Tuscan port adjacent to the 200 tanks filled with oil and gas. The "Oriental Jasmine" had entered the port, coming from Cartagena, and was mooring at berth 28, when she hit the stern of the "Antwerpen", which was moored at berth 30. Shortly after 8 p.m. the "Antwerpen" left towards the port of Ceuta, ETA June 20. The "Oriental Jasmine" was still stationary at the dock at the Industrial Canal by June 19.
