Orenburg surveyed at ÖSWAG Linz
On May 8 the "Orenburg" (EU-No.: 42000050) was slipped at the ÖSWAG Yard in Linz for a bottom survey and investigations regarding possible propeller or rudder damage. Surveyors, representatives of the insurance, UDP manager from Vienna and a lawyer of the ÖBB were on scene. As no visible damage was found, the ship was to return to water the same day. Orenburg allided with Enns bridge
On May 5, 2013, the "Orenburg" being connected with the barge "UDP C-447" allided with a piling of the Mauthausen bridge on the Enns after leaving the Enns port. The ships had got too much on the Mauthausen side on the Enns. The ships were waiting to be allowed by the authorities to continue the voyage at the right Enns shore close to its estuary.
