OCEAN EXCELLENCE 9141663

Tue Feb 01 10:04:57 CET 2011 Timsen

A dispute that caused crew of the "Tassie Bridge" to go unpaid for at least three weeks has been resolved with the crew getting paid. The dispute was between ship charterer Agility Shipping and Brisbane-based ship owner Transworld Marine Express (TME). At issue was Agility's decision to replace the "Tassie Bridge" with a large vessel, the "Andrea", effective from later in February. The "Tassie Bridge" is currently moored in Melbourne.
