Armed pirates boarded the moored "Bliss" at Monrovia Anchorage on July 29, 2019, at 3.30 a.m. The intruders stole ship’s properties and fled. The master tried to contact the Port Control, but didn’t get any response. The ship had arrived at Monrovia anchorage on July 23.
