Warning of floating containers after shipwreck
After the 'My Princess' sank at the Sharjah/Khalid Anchorage in pos. 25 26 48 N, 055 14 24 E on Feb 11, there were floating containers and debris in the water. A Navigational Warning has been issued at Sharjah anchorage. All vessels should keep well clear of the location and keep a look out for floating containers. The crew of the ship was rescued.

The 'My Princess' sank on Feb 11, 2023, at Sharjah Anchorage in the Persian Gulf. The last AIS was received at around 03.30 a.m. UTC. The ship had left Dubai in the morning of Feb 10, sailed in northern direction and diverted towards Sharjah in the afternoon at a reduced speed.
