Ship disabled in Bay of Bengal
The ' Singapore Bridge' was disabled and adrift in the Bay of Bengal since Nov 7, 2021, under way again for a short time on Nov 9, then NUC once more. The vessel was en route from Port Klang to Mumbai with an ETA initially as of Nov 5, meanwhile changed to Nov 13.
Four crew members caught Covid-19
The 'Singapore Bridge' had to interrupt its voyage from Port Klang to Shenzhen on May 13, 2021, in the South China Sea, requesting immediate medical assistance. The ship sailed to Quy Nhon port in Central Vietnam and anchored off the port. One crew members was reported to be in critical condition, three other crew members were also ill. All of them were showing symptoms of Covid-19.
