All stated their innocence and that they have no involvement in the incident. The owners believed that they were likely to spend some more time in Icdas before they return onboard. For this reason and to prevent any delay, they deployed replacment personnel which was expected on board on Aug 27. The others will be repatriated after the enquiries have been completed. The vessel was not detained by the authorities, as it was concluded that it was not involved in any illegal trade and was authorized to sail upon the arrival of the new Captain and Chief Engineer.
