Teignmouth NCI alerted as tug with closes in
The "More" has left Rotterdam on Oct 18, 2013, with the two inland tankers "Novara" and "Flot 5" in tow en route for Dakar, Senegal. The "More" entered the English Channel making two knots and was expected to link up off Maidencombe with the tug "Ferox" which also had two tank barges in tow. The Teignmouth NCI was alerted to the ongoing situation as high winds were forecast for next week so the tugs and their tows were most likely to shelter for some time.
