Allision off Busan

The bunker tankr '103 Dong Sung' was in allison with the 'Kuai Bang Hai 18' on Aug 11, 2022, at around 09.30 a.m. at the outer anchorageof Busan. The tanker was underway to deliver bunker fuel to the bulk carrier, but got out of control and struck the anchored bulk carrier which suffered a hull breach in the ballast tank area about two meters abovethe waterline. The ballast water leaked out. The damaged ship moved to the inner anchorage in the afternoon. The tanker sailed to Ulsan.

Four injured in crane collapse

Four dock workers were injured on July 8, 2015, when a crane of the "Asia Zircon II" collapsed while unloading a 60 tonne wind tower section at the Port of Galveston, Texas. The injures were not believed to be life threatening. The bulk carrier is currently occupied with the transportation of Chinese wind towers.
