Disabled reefer towed to Petropavlovsk
The "Korsakov" was towed to Petropavlovsk-K port and berthed at around 6 p.m. on Jan 1, 2013, after suffering rudder failure on Dec 28 some 30 nm SW off Lopatka Point, southernmost tip of Kamchatka Peninsula, in the Okhotsk sea, odin.tc reports.

Reefer is en route from Busan to fishing vessels working in Okhotsk sea, to collect frozen fish. There are 67 people on board, 32 crew and 35 passengers, presumably fishing vessels shift crews.
