Allision in Merak
On June 23, 2020, at 5.40 a.m. the KMP 'Musthika Kencana' and the KMP 'Wira Berlian' were in collision at Pier 2 of Merak Port. The 'Musthika Kencana' was hit by the 'Wira Berlian', which was about to dock at Pier 3, during cargo operations. The 'Musthika Kencana' suffered damage at port side when the stern of the other ferry hit. One window and the interior of the ship was damaged.
