Jazan in collision in Jazan
On Dec 21, 2014, the "Jazan" had to avoid the collision with a fishing boat that passed in front of the ferry during its routine journey from the port of Farasn to the port of Jazan. The attempt by the ferry captain to avoid the fishing boat caused the collision of the ferry with the ferry "Leen Almilahiah" which was waiting for the entry of "Jazan" first to the port of Jazan and then take its turn to enter the port. There was some damage to a number of cars that were on board the ferry during the trip.
