Barge stuck under Rhine bridge
The "Marjo R" ran aground under the Rheinknie Bridge on the Rhine in Düsseldorf on Apr 18, 2015 at 5.45 p.m. The ship was carrying a cargo of 2200 tons plaster stones when it got stuck off the river shore. The master called the water Police for assistance. The ship could be refloated by the Dutch barge "Samary" in the evening.
