Freighter under tow to Husum

The "Anna G" suffered a mechanical failure and was disabled on Jan 7, 2019, at 8.30 a.m. NW of Cuxhaven, while en route from Rotterdam to Husum. The drifting ship was taken in tow by the tug "Wulf 7 (IMO: 9183075) at 1.15 p.m., later joined by the "Taucher O. Wulf 8" (MMSI: 211328570) on the Elbe. The ships were proceeding towards Cuxhaven with 3-4 knots. The ship was berthed at the Lenz Quay at 10.25 p.m.

Unifeeder acquires United Feeder Services

The Unifeeder Group has reached an agreement to acquire United Feeder Services Ltd (UFS), the Company said in a press release.
