The MV Happy Dragon berths at Timaru on Sunday morning, bringing with it the final pieces of the South Canterbury port's massive Holcim dome. Holcim has invested $100 million in new cement storage terminals and distribution facilities in Timaru and Auckland. Holcim Country Manager Glenda Harvey said the next major milestone in the project was the arrival and commissioning of the ship unloading equipment for both sites. One of the cement ship unloaders along with a ship unloader, which have a combined weight of 240 tonnes, will arrive in Timaru and be used by Holcim at its new dome at the port. http://www.stuff.co.nz/timaru-herald/news/73795304/happy-dragon-heads-to-timaru-with-last-parts-of-holcim-dome
