Oil spill in Sarpsboerg contained
In the afternoon of July 23, 2013, the "Gullha" leaked oil during tank cleaning works at the quay of Greåker. Police and fire brigade were notifired at 4.46 p.m. about the accident opposite of Nordic Paper in Sarpsborg. The fire department in Fredrikstad assisted with a boat to track the spill. Oil booms were laid out to limit the spill further down the river and a vacuum truck was called to soak up the oil inside the booms. Man fell from ship onto barge and in the water
A 62-year old man fell down several meters from the "Gullha" which was docked at Sjursøya in Oslo on June 1, 2013, in the morning. He hit his head at a barge and fell into the water then. The fire rescue was soon on Scene with a dive boat and recovered the man who was treated at the Ullevål hospital. The accident happened while he carried out maintenance work on the ship near a concrete factory in Sjursøya. The police questioned a number of witnesses who saw the accident.
