Bulker detained in Brake

During an inspection of the "Bulkers Alessia" on May 1, 2014, officers of the Brake police found that two important approval certificates had expired. The ship was loaded with 30,000 tons palm cern expellers and had sailed from Kuantan on Mar 24. At the time of the departure the 58- year Italian captain only knew that his Destination was located somewhere in Europe due to the constantly changing market value of the feed. On Apr 24 it turned out that Brake would be the final port of destination, while both a security certificate for the equipment and one for wireless security had lost their validity.
