Fom repeatedly engaged in illegal trading with Crimea
The "Fom" was engaged in illegal trading with the Russian annexed Crimea since December 2016, according to the Ukrainian vigilante group InfoNapalm investigation: https://blog.informnapalm.org/fom-pryamoj-rejs-s-gruzom-yz-turtsyy-v-okkupyrovannyj-sevastopol/ The vessel called at Sevastopol port four times, which was a violation of sanctions and shipping restrictions, imposed on Crimean shipping. In all four cases, after delivering cargo from Turkey to Sevastopol, the vessel has been loaded with sodium bound for Egypt.
