Ferry broke down
The Yell Sound service has been reduced to a single vessel after the stand-in ferry 'Fivla' broke down on in the morning of Oct 29, 2019. The relief vessel was replacing the 'Dagalien', which is undergoing a planned maintenance on her propulsion systems. The 'Fivla' encountered problems earlier in the morning before the service resumed to a normal timetable, but the route was reduced to a single vessel again shortly before 1 p.m. The 'Fivla' was taken out of service after lunchtime, with bookings being suspended. The ferry 'Daggri' operated to a shift timetable.
