Trip to Helgoland suspended
On July 26, 2011, the "Fair Lady" had to suspend its scheduled sailing from Bremerhaven to Helgoland and returned to the Sea Bath Quay. The reason for this was an increased cooling water temperature display. It was found out that only one controller for the thermostat was defective, this should be repaired as soon as possible. It was hoped to be back on track by July 27.
Rebuilding Fair Lady
Rebuilding the "Fair Lady" from the "Lady Assa" is coming to its end in Cuxhaven. According to plan the ship will enter its new Bremerhaven-Helgoland-service on May 20, 2011. Just like the sister ship "Funny Girl" the large windows were exchanged by smaller bulleyes according to new EU-rules.
