Eureka allided with dam wall
A trip of the "Eureka" (EU-No.: 02326314) to the sunflower region in Bergen op Zoom had an unexpected ending in the afternoon of June 20, 2013. When entering the Theodorusport, the "Eureka" allided with a dam wall, probably due to a technical fault. The 245 elderly passengers and their 45 companions were shocked, but no one was injured. They were checked by nurses and had disembarked at 6.30 p.m. Members of the Tholen Department of the Red Cross also assisted. The tour boat was slightly damaged at the bow. Technicians immediately started the repair. On June 21 morning the ship was back in Breda.
