Ship still arrested one year after grounding accident

The "Esi Winner" which had dragged anchor and grounded in bad weather at Nemrut Bay on Jan 10, 2017, and was subsequently towed to the arrested vessels anchorage, was still in the same position and still under arrest at Nemrut Bay on Jan 23, 2018.

On Oct 15, 2010, the "Nina" suffered a total black-out 35 nautical miles north of Terschelling, due to fuel problems. It used all her starting air with their starting attempts. The Dutch Coastguard advised the vessel to drop anchor. Salvagers of Noordgat were contacted by the agency Marico of Eemshaven to assist. They dispatched their fast salvage craft "Hurricane" to assist´. It was on scene at 11 p.m. and supplied her with electric power so that the "Nina" could run their starting air compressor so it could start her generators. Around 06.30 hours on Oct 16 the "Nina" proceeded.
