Object jammed rudder

The "Balt Flot 11" suffered problems with its steering gear after arriving at the port of St. Petersburg, on Feb 23, 2019. Divers from the Baltic branch of the FSBU Morspasluzhba were sent down to conduct an inspection of the propeller steering gear complex and found an obstructon jammed between a propeller blade and the swivel nozzle. The divers were tasked with removing the object and cleaning the propeller and the steering gear complex. On completion, the vessel was able to continue its passage and left St. Petersburg, bound to Sillamae, on Feb 24.

Tanker holed in allision

Mon Aug 29 21:16:12 CEST 2016 Timsen

In the night of Aug 29, 2016, the "Balt Flot 11" allided with anchored barge "B-442" on the river Kama at km mark 1429 on the Russian Inner Waterways. The tanker, loaded with 5010 tons of gasoil, suffered hole of 70x70 centimeters size above the waterline in the bow area. No spill was reported. The tanker was enroute to St. Petersburg.
