Two arsonists put on fire the "Dama de Valencia" on Aug 6, 2016, at 4.20 a.m. The restaurant ship which was unmanned at night was docked in the Marina Real Juan Carlos I in Valencia. Two passerby spotted the thugs and called the police. The fire was extinguished by four fire engines, but the upper deck with tables, chairs and several small fridges was destroyed. The owners suspected vandalism. They already had the experience of night intruders, who were stealing drinks and inflicting property damage. A total of six patrols: two of the local police, two of the National Police, one of the Civil Guard and another from the Port Police were on scene. The National Police has taken charge of the investigations and planned to display the recordings of the security cameras located in the port.
