Container ship dropped off crew of capsized Llama Lo
The two sailors from the catamaran "Llama Lo", Jean Sitruk, 65, and Kyle Castelyn, 20, arrived safely at the Table Bay Sea Rescue base in the V&A Waterfront in the morning of Oct 20 after the "CMA CGM Rossini" dropped anchor in Table Bay. The two men were brought to shore by the Table Bay lifeboat "Spirit of Vodacom". Their catamaran hit a whale about 50 miles off East London which tore a hole in the vessel’s port side causing it to flood and capsize.
