C.ATLAS 9199141

Wed Apr 14 12:51:04 CEST 2010 Timsen

In the evening of Apr 13, 2010, the "Kruckau" was arrested by the police Luebeck and had to anchor off Travemuende as the captain was found to be intoxicated. The Russian man disputed with the captain about the ship's guidance. It had departed from the CTL at Lübeck Siems bound for Kolding with a cargo of wood, and the captain ignored the pilot's advice on the Trave. The man was drug-tested and found to be intoxicated with 2,29 promille. He had to pay a safety fine of 600 Euro.
